1. Definitions

   1.1. Client: The party commissioning the services to Funnels to Grow.

   1.2. Service Provider: Funnels to Grow located at Ursulaland 179, 2591GX The Hague.

2. Service Provision

   2.1. Funnels to Grow commits to delivering the agreed-upon services to the client, as specified in the separate agreement.

   2.2. The client agrees to provide all necessary cooperation and information required for the execution of the services.

3. Prices and Payment

   3.1. The prices for the services are agreed upon in the separate agreement.

   3.2. Payment is to be made according to the payment terms as specified in the invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

   4.1. All intellectual property rights related to the delivered services remain the property of Funnels to Grow unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

   5.1. Both parties commit to keeping confidential information obtained during the collaboration secret and not disclosing it to third parties.

6. Liability

   6.1. Funnels to Grow is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

   6.2. The liability of Funnels to Grow is limited to the amount charged for the specific service from which the liability arises.

7. Duration of the Agreement

   7.1. The agreement is entered into for the duration as agreed upon in the separate agreement.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

   8.1. Dutch law applies to this agreement.

   8.2. Disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
